Hi there:)
I am nina of cafe & stringed instruments shop "fabrico".
カフェのお客様から
「トーストないの？」「サンドイッチとかないの？」と
ご要望いただくようになり、
ついに！軽食メニューもご用意することになりました。
We got some requests like
"Have you got a toast?" "Do you have something to eat like sandwiches?"
from cafe customers, so...
we started to serve snack menu finally!!
メニュー表も新しくなりました◎
And the menu board was updated:)
追加メニューを簡単にご紹介しますと…
I gonna explain the menu simply,
定番トースト、４枚切りでふっくらです。
this is the Toast.
ホットサンドメーカーでしっかり焼き上げる、
ホットピザサンド。
The Hot Pizza Sandwich is baked by hot sandwich toaster.
シングルでもボリュームのあるエッグベネディクトは、
The Eggs Benedict as single is enough I think,
さらにボリュームたっぷりのダブルもご用意しています。
but, we also have the double.lol
そして！カナダの名物、プーティン！
フライドポテトにチーズとグレイビーソースをかけた
ソウルフードです。
本場ではたっぷりの油で揚げるフライドポテトですが、
fabricoでは、少量のオリーブオイルで少しヘルシーに仕上げています。
And, this is the Canadian special dish, Poutine!
We fry potato with a bit of olive oil as arrangement, so ours is more healthy:P
100円でバニラアイスをプラスしたり、チョコレートやストロベリーなど無料ソースでアレンジも可◎
Also, French Toast (Eggy Bread) added to the Sweets menu.
You can put a scoop of ice cream for 100 yen and arrange with free sweet sauce like chocolate, strawberry, and more!!
